New Group HR Manager joins the team

Leading window and door company, The Residence Collection, and its sister company, Window Widgets, welcome a New Group HR Manager, Katherine Woolford, following the acquisition of Profoil Limited in May which formed the Q19 Group.

Founded in 2000 with the creation of the Window Widgets brand, followed by The Residence Collection in 2011 and more recently acquiring Profoil Limited this year, the Q19 Group is growing exponentially and now has over 140 employees across the Q19 Group.

Katherine Woolford has joined the team as New Group HR Manager for the Q19 Group, where she will be responsible for delivering group people management strategies in support of the organisation’s strategic aims. With the role having both a strategic and an operational focus, Katherine will provide expert advice and support on all HR matters, whilst driving the people element of the business plan and developing the HR Team.

Bringing with her over 27 years of experience within HR, and working with a range of businesses across Gloucestershire, Katherine has been previously involved with a variety of exciting roles across a range of responsibilities. These included supporting company expansions, managing multiple teams of people, aiding learning and development, and supporting financial services.

The Residence Collection is a premium provider of timber alternative uPVC windows and doors, offering a range of window and door styles across three collections, and the most recent addition, Profoil, provide foiling services within the fenestration and building services industry.
