Leading ancillaries firm provides universal coupler range

November 2023: ​​Window Widgets has revealed it has the perfect coupler solution for windows offering a variety of widths, strengths and sizes.

Their in-line couplers are universal, accommodating 58mm – 76mm deep frames. Whether they are being used for bounce bars, structural loading or simply just reduced sight-lines, they offer frame to frame coupling, and are available in a range of colours.

The trims are completely interchangeable, therefore if you see the D/P stamp in the product brochure, this means that they can be swapped for a different finish.

10mm coupler with DBI trim for 70mm systems

v10mm coupler with PILDT trim for 70mm systems

• The 10mm coupler is used for 70mm systems, and is available in DBI and PILDT, an alternative cover trim which allows for a different finish whilst still using the same coupler.
  

  24mm coupler with PILDT trim for 70mm systems

• The 24mm jack-able coupler for 70mm frames, has a screw detail from the outside which allows for pre-glazed units to be coupled. This coupler has a larger jacking point allowing for a more secure and stable loading, as well as offering an alternative PILDT trim for that different aesthetic but still using the same coupler. This coupler also has high lx and ly values.
  

  Variable baypole coupler with DBO and DBI trim

• The variable bay pole coupler, covering angles from 125°-180° for 70mm and 135°-175° for 60mm frames. This consistently supports the jacking point providing more secure and stable loading or jacking. This particular coupler is more modern offering a better-looking outer cover trim. There are screw points in the pole and adaptor which allows for easier fixing.
  

  Corner post coupler

• The corner post coupler, which has a fixed 90° angle for all 70mm frames, consistently supports the jacking point meaning a more secure and stable loading or jacking. This also has a high ly value.
